My name is Bonnie and I’m from Ohio in the United States. I have been working online since 1999, primarily on eBay and other auction/shopping sites. Since eBay has become too expensive, I now only maintain a store there. This led me to do some searching and I found some other wonderful sites where I can sell my handmade products.
I’m a crocheter and so decided to join Etsy, where I set up a shop. I love it there. It’s a site selling exclusively handmade items, so fits my needs wonderfully. I also joined Ecrater and Blujay, as these are completely free sites for sellers and buyers alike.
In January of 2007, I was looking for another way to promote my crochet and quite literally stumbled upon Squidoo – a site where you can freely build pages (or lenses) about any subject you can think of. This was perfect for my promotion needs, and I was soon addicted. Over one hundred lenses later, covering different subjects, I now feel I have found my place on the ‘net. I enjoy the interaction with the other members, as well as the monthly payment I receive for just recommending the stuff I enjoy.
